My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and equipped with fans, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge that all worked well. The hotel is conveniently located near some really good beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. I especially appreciated the dedicated area for patrons to shower and refresh before their flights or after a long day at the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms, although not fancy, were really well taken care of and clean, offering a large lanai overlooking downtown Kailua Kona and the ocean. The service was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping. The location was excellent, placing me at the start of the main shopping strip and close to all the tourist hotspots. The dining experience, while not available in the hotel, was excellent at the restaurant next door. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-presented with a nice view of the harbor and cruise ship in the bay. The service was very understanding of my needs, especially with my mother's memory difficulties. The location is terrific, just steps away from downtown Kailua-Kona, and the dining experience overlooking the bay was excellent. The facilities were convenient for my stay.
