My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and equipped with fans, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge that all worked well. The hotel is set in a prime location right in town, across from the beach and the Kona Pier, with dining and shopping all around. The rooms are spacious and face towards the water, offering a very relaxing vibe with easy access to the beach. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the constant crosswalk beeping noise can be bothersome, and the obstructed ocean view from some rooms might be disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms, although not fancy, were really well taken care of and clean, offering a large lanai overlooking downtown Kailua Kona and the ocean. The service was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping. The location was excellent, placing me at the start of the main shopping strip and close to all the tourist hotspots. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-presented with a nice view of the harbor and cruise ship in the bay. The service was very understanding of my needs, especially with my mother's memory difficulties.
